Our most popular dress, the Disney Birthday Celebration dress, is a gorgeous dress for your princess. The dress is hand-painted, hand-dyed and custom-made with cute Disney-themed birds, characters and flowers pasted on the front flare. The dress is made from cotton fabric, crepe fabric and organza fabric.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING:
1. We list the sizes in the photos of the listing. Please choose the size carefully, as they are custom-made and cannot be returned once stitched.
2. Please send a request for a custom size and any other minor customisations WITH the order. Size and minor customisations are provided free of charge, but for major customisations, please get in touch with us directly for a quote.
3. These artisanal dresses are hand-dyed, hand-stitched, and then hand-painted, so they are unique and will vary slightly from the images.
4. While we do our best to ensure the paint is not damaged, we will not accept refund requests for any small paint chips that may be caused in transit.
5. Once we ship the dress, we provide you with tracking details. Once we receive delivery confirmation, we are NOT liable for deliveries or incidents such as missing parcels, porch theft, etc. You are responsible for changing the signature requirements on the delivery partner's website as needed.
6. We provide estimated delivery times (generally 5-6 weeks from order confirmation, but may vary on custom orders). However, expedited shipping is charged for faster deliveries. Please get in touch with us at the time of order if it is time-sensitive.
7. We will gladly accept a return and issue a full refund for the following: wrong customisation to what was mutually agreed, MAJOR difference in the dress (at our discretion) and wrong dress design shipped.

When you receive you order you may notice that the painted part of the dress is stuck together. This is normal and happens due to the nature or the paint and impact of shipping. However, please do not be alarmed, you can separate the stuck parts slowly and hang the dress.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any minor paint chips that may be caused during transit.

All dresses are made to order and can also be personalised. We love working with our customer on personalisation such as adding initials or minor changes to the artwork. However, for major changes such as creating a new design, changing the Disney characters or extensive painting on the dress, please contact us for additional charges.
