We gift wrap and package all our dresses but please let us know if you would like to put any special messages

When you receive you order you may notice that the painted part of the dress is stuck together. This is normal and happens due to the nature or the paint and impact of shipping. However, please do not be alarmed, you can simply separate the stuck parts and hang the dress.

We advise that you hang the dress instead of folding so the artwork remains in best shape and not stick together.

On our special order dresses, we can paste sparkles, flowers or other items. We use fabric glue which is specifically designed for this purpose. However, some of the pasted items may fall off over time. Please be aware that we will not be responsible for that and the dresses with pasted items require special care and handling.

All dresses are made to order and can also be personalised. We love working with our customer on personalisation such as adding initials or minor changes to the artwork. However, for major changes such as creating a new design, changing the Disney characters or extensive painting on the dress, please contact us for additional charges.
